General Questions

We specialize in branding and brand marketing, helping businesses establish and enhance their brand identity and marketing strategies.

Our agency operates globally with a lean team, focusing on providing tailored solutions to each client by offering scheduled consultations, workshops, audits, and ongoing consulting services to meet the diverse needs of businesses.

The process typically begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs. From there, we develop a tailored plan of action, which may include workshops, audits, or ongoing consulting services, depending on your requirements.

For UpBrand Premium and UpBrand Essential Plus services, you may contact your consultant via email or SMS to ask questions or schedule a consultation call. For other services with complimentary consultation, you may contact your account manager via email or SMS for your questions.

Aside from offering free unlimited month-long consultation in every collaboration, we take pride in including strategy in every service we deliver. Unlike specialized freelancers who only do as their client says, our approach emphasizes strategy and consumer psychology, meaning it goes deeper than simple service or product delivery. On the other hand, we stand out against other agencies for our free unlimited consultations instead of one-and-done collaborations, helping you avoid costly missteps.

Payments and Pricing

For service pricing, kindly fill out the form below. We’ll email the pricing to you since the prices vary depending on location and payment method fees.

Due to different time zones, some locations may require an extension to our business operations, which we consider.

You may complete your payment through BPI, Gcash, Maya PayPal, or Wise. We recommend Wise payments for our partners outside the Philippines to avoid high fees. You may check out Wise here.

As a service provider, not a product provider, we do not issue refunds. In the case of UpBrand Essential Plus, which entails product delivery (logo and brand guide), we offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.

UpBrand Essential / UpBrand Essential Plus

The workshop helps businesses establish the foundations of their brand identity, covering key aspects such as brand core, positioning, and messaging.

To schedule a workshop session, please fill out this form, and we will email you to arrange the workshop.

After the workshop, we will send you a summary and recommendations in PDF. You will also be given one month of unlimited consultations via SMS or email with your account manager to guide you as you develop your brand.

We can accommodate in-person workshop requests, but additional charges apply. Please also note that we are located in Metro Manila, Philippines, so we can only accommodate in-person workshop requests within the area.

If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your session, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer unlimited revisions for logo development, ensuring your satisfaction with the result.

For UpBrand Essential, you may reach out to your account manager for your questions. For Upbrand Essential Plus, you can communicate directly with your consultant via SMS or email without needing to go through your account manager.

UpBrand Advantage

The audit evaluates your branding and/or marketing strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, plus some insights and insider secrets we can share. Clients can choose to audit either their branding, marketing, or both. Each audit is charged separately.

You may expect the audit within ten working days (per audit) after you have completed all the resources that our team needs from your end. These resources may include marketing materials, internal documents, and forms we may need you to accomplish.

We understand your concern, but with incomplete information, the audit may not be as comprehensive as we would like. For your peace of mind, we will send you a confidentiality agreement to assure you that all information and materials shared with us will be kept private.

During the consultation period, you can ask questions or seek guidance on implementing the recommendations from the audit. Consultations are conducted via SMS or email through your account manager.

UpBrand Premium

The subscription plan provides direct access to a consultant for advice, learning sessions, supplier sourcing support, project oversight, and other marketing consulting services, excluding project implementations.

The difference between this premium service and our complimentary consultations is that you’ll get direct access to a senior consultant who can immediately respond to your queries. While the free consultations provide the same level of insights, consultations are done through your account manager via SMS and email only. Also, with UpBrand Premium, our guidance is unrestricted whether you have branding or marketing questions, problem-solving, or any assistance you might need. Free consultations only allow service-specific queries.

You can contact your consultant anytime via SMS, email, or scheduled calls, eliminating the need to go through an account manager for communication. As a lean team, we request clients to hold off on surprise calls unless it’s an urgent matter of business necessity.

We do not allow pausing of subscriptions in the middle of a billing cycle. Once paid, the subscription continues until the end of the billing cycle.

We urge our UpBrand Premium clients to take advantage of their subscription by asking as many questions and assistance as they can. We do not allow deferring of payments since we limit the slots for this service. This ensures we can offer each client the full attention and best service they deserve. When you subscribe to us, we no longer accept other clients once the slots are full.
